Every design is created especially for your celebration.Inspiration photos are welcome; however, I do not reproduce another artist's work exactly. Every creation is my own interpretation.Small artistic adjustments may be made to ensure the best possible finished product.

The remaining balance must be paid before or upon collection unless agreed otherwise.Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.

Orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before collection.The booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers preparation already undertaken.For refund information, please refer to the Refunds section below.

Changes to flavours, sizes or designs are welcomed where possible but should be requested as early as possible.Changes requested within 7 days of collection cannot always be accommodated.

Collection times will be agreed before your collection date.Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability. A small delivery fee will apply, depending on the distance. (Usually cheaper than a taxi journey both ways! 😊)Once a cake has been collected or delivered and accepted, responsibility for its care transfers to the customer.

Store cakes in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat.Buttercream and fresh cream cakes should be refrigerated until required.Cakes should be transported on a flat surface.

All products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites are handled.Although every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.Please inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.

I reserve the right to photograph my work and use the images on my website and social media unless requested otherwise.
